From developing and selling a national training program for non-profit leaders early in her career to building and later selling a successful small business as a young mother, Sharon honed a leadership approach focused on empowering others. After selling her business she spent 10 years in talent management for a full-service staffing/executive search firm.

 

Sharon found immense joy in helping people achieve their goals which inspired her to become a full time certified Executive Coach. Over the next seven years, she became a sought after Executive Coach, serving executives globally while rounding out her experience with many industry-leading certifications.​
